Feedback from Stan Smith regarding the following road closure in Prestbury:

High Street, Prestbury from Baytree Court up to the mini-roundabout at the junction of Noverton Lane & B4632. This road will be closed (including no waiting and no loading during all of the works and footway closure) on Monday 21st October between 09:30 & 15:30 to allow for a crane to remove a 40ft tree.

Emergency and pedestrian access will not be maintained. There will be a pedestrian walkway around the works.
It will be unsafe to allow vehicles to pass this section of road whilst the tree is being cut down due to risk of falling debris.
